Well as one might expect, you can't hit anybody without the paint balls. There's all kinds and well, obviously you need a lot of them! So anyways I found this picture and I wanted to share it with everybody.

OK so it's funny, but it's also true. Those little balls coming at you can hurt! No I'm not a whining baby, I still play, but you know before you go out that somebody's going to be shooting at you.

Of course it can hurt but as you get better at it you get hammered less often. Yet, I don't think that you can really be proud of a game well played if you don't have at least one trophy bruise at the end of it.

Hmmm, a sport where the goal is to shoot somebody else while they are trying to shoot you. I haven't actually allowed my kids to play the game myself, as it does seem rather messy. But, it could be good practice for them. I didn't realize that you can actually get hurt with it, though. At least, they aren't using bb guns or is there a game for that too?

Paint ball with a group of friends is just as much fun as playing with air guns, sometimes someone is off whining but for the most part everyone has fun doing it.

The paintballs are like ping pong balls, only filled with paint. Thus they are heavier, and they have to hit you hard enough to split open-and yes, especially up close that can hurt.

The mess isn't an issue-its not like you wear your Sunday best for it.

You can tell the newbies at the paintball park near my house.  My friend works there and I've gone to hang with him to pass time.  You would be surprised how many people are shocked that it actually hurts to get hit.  People think paint is soft but never give a thought to what holds the paint.
